Position Title: Software Developer
Duties: MultiLing Corporation is looking for a part time to full time Software Developer. With a possibility of working from home. However, you would be required to come to the office for initial training (approximately two weeks), as well as periodic meetings and otherwise.
Primary work is on a computer-assisted translation software suite. This is a large collection of Win32 and Unix programs with components written in C, C++, Yacc, Lex, Awk, and Perl.
Primary development roll will be as follows:
~Perform maintenance-level debugging of the suite
~Help our beta users submit coherent bug reports; verify bug submissions, and develop regression tests
~Write technical documentation of development procedures and internal implementation (for use of our technical staff)
Special Requirements: Some C programming experience required. Familiarity with C memory model (pointers, stack, and common data structures) is a must
Requires good debugging skills and attention to detail

Position Title: Spanish Editor & Reviewer
Duties: Responsibilities will include editing and reviewing English to Spanish translated marketing documentation.
Special Requirements: Applicants must be able to demonstrate oral and written fluency in Spanish and English, including fluency in all aspects of the structure and content of each language, specifically the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, grammar, usage, syntax, and punctuation. Applicant will be required to pass Company’s language proficiency test. Applicants should have a college level degree along with excellent computer skills. A background in marketing is desired as well as some experience in the translation field.
